PD-ESD @ ELECTRONIC FACILITIES
Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) floors are highly required when Static Charges are required to be safely discharged to ZERO potential zone such as earth. As Static Charges can be harmful to humans, the environment as well as Electronic Devices, ESD Floor is part of the ESD Designs and Programs in a facility.
It is used as a hard-wearing seamless ESD flooring in electronic facilities, pharmaceutical plants, warehouses with explosive products, and many other places with ESD requirement.

Additional Markings
Additional markings such as Lines, Numbers, Arrows, Pedestrian Crossings, Pedestrian Walkways, Handicap Parking Signages, Scupper Drains, and Motorcycle Parking Lots are drawn as a durable topcoat on top of the Parking Bay and Driveway Systems. It is highly durable to resist wearing from traffics.

Hybrid Urethane Cement Sell-Smoothing System
HACCP Certified 4-component water-based cementitious polyurethane hybrid self-smoothing system in conventional matt or unique gloss finish. The gloss type gives unique semi-gloss finish without the need for a wax treatment or an additional coating It is used as an abrasion and impact resistance smooth finish in medium to heavy duty dry food processing environment with high traffic activities. It also serves as a moisture barrier and levelling underlayment prior to receiving any overlay finishes. It has the best of wearing and chemical resistant property compared to epoxy or other products.

Hybrid Urethane Cement Trowelled Non-Slip System
HACCP Certified 5-component water-based cementitious polyurethane hybrid trowelled system in conventional matt finish or gloss finish. The gloss type gives unique semi-gloss finish without the need for a wax treatment or an additional coating. It is applied at a minimum of 6mm thickness. It is used as an abrasion resistance heavy duty anti-slip finish in dry and wet food processing environment with heavy traffic and high impact activities. It is ideally designed for extreme service temperatures such as -40OC cold rooms and 120OC high temperature environments such as commercial kitchen.
